Ingredients

2 pounds prepared pizza dough
1 can crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup minced pepperoni ( optional )
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil , divided

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.Roll out dough onto a 9x13 inch baking sheet.

5.Add minced pepperoni over the tomatoes.

7.Sprinkle the mix over the pepperoni and tomatoes.
8.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
9.Cool for a few minutes, then slice into strips and serve hot.
