8 slices French bread ( thick slices )
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 lemon
1/4 cup almonds
2 fresh peaches
2 fresh pears
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup craisins
olive oil flavored cooking spray
maple syrup ( optional )

Instructions

1.Prepare the Reynolds Wrap Foil by lining the bottom of 8 small clay flower pots and spraying each with olive oil flavored cooking spray.
2.Cut French bread into 8 thick slices, and set aside.
3.In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
4.Grate the zest of one lemon into the egg mixture, and stir.
5.Cut the almonds, peaches, and pears into small pieces, and toss into the egg mixture.
6.Add in the brown sugar and craisins, and stir until well combined.
7.Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
8.Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are well coated.
9.Place one slice of bread in each flower pot, and pour some of the remaining egg mixture over each slice.
10.Drizzle melted butter on top of the egg mixture in each pot.
11.Cover the pots with Reynolds Wrap Foil, and refrigerate overnight.
12.In the morning, remove the foil from the pots, and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
13.Serve hot, with optional maple syrup on top.
