CONS

While these roll-ups are everything you love about a Reuben sandwich in one convenient appetizer, they are on the heavier side and should be enjoyed in moderation.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

While this appetizer isn’t necessarily healthy, there are some benefits to be had. Corned beef is a great source of protein, iron, and vitamin B12, while sauerkraut is full of gut-friendly probiotics that can aid in digestion. However, due to the high salt content in both the corned beef and sauerkraut, these roll-ups should be consumed in moderation.
