1/4 cup thousand island dressing

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2.In a 9-inch square baking dish, layer the sauerkraut on the bottom.
3.Add the chopped corned beef on top of the sauerkraut.

5.Add the shredded Swiss cheese on top of the dressing.
6.Spread the mashed potatoes over the cheese, then smooth with a spatula.
