Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together corn flour, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, paprika, cumin, garlic salt, sugar, dried minced onion, beef bouillon granules and ground red pepper.
2.On medium heat, cook lean ground chuck in a pan until it is browned well, and then drain the meat of excess oil.
3.Add the seasoning to the pan and stir for a few minutes to get the meat well coated.
4.Add one cup of water, and reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.
