Instructions

1.Bring 5 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot.
2.Add 1 package of rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

4.Add the cooked rotini, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup whole corn kernels (cooked), 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 2 tablespoons diced green bell pepper, 2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper, and 1 boneless chicken breast (cooked and diced) to the bowl and toss until the pasta is evenly coated with sauce and the ingredients are distributed throughout.
