Instructions

2.Cover the bowl and marinate the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
3.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grease the grill grates with oil.
4.Divide the chicken mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a sausage-like shape around the skewers, pressing firmly to adhere tightly.
5.Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and browned.
6.Serve hot with cucumber and mint chutney or any other dipping sauce of your choice.
