2 -3 ripe soft avocados
1 liter of hi-low milk ( best choice is Marigold HL Milk . If you ca n't get this , try any Low lactose milk as this tends to ta )
10 teaspoons of gula melaka syrup ( see note below ) ( optional )
10 -12 ice cubes

Instructions
