2 large red onions
1 1/4 cups milk
2 bay leaves
1 pint red wine
7 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
1 dash port wine ( optional )
7 ounces goat cheese , log sliced

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425F.

6.Add port wine to the remaining sauce, if desired.
7.Remove the tart from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes and then turn it out onto a plate.
8.Top with goat cheese and arugula, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
