1 red chili pepper , seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon nigella seeds ( black onion seeds )
1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
salt
sunflower oil or light olive oil , for brushing

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour and gram flour. Mix well.

3.Add lukewarm water and mix until it forms a smooth batter. Add salt to your liking.
4.Cover the bowl and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
5.Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Brush the pan with sunflower oil or light olive oil.
6.Pour a ladle of batter on the pan and spread it evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
7.Repeat the process until the batter finishes.
