5 drops Tabasco sauce

1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 bear roast

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together the vinegar, sugar, pepper, garlic powder, minced onion, chili powder, Tabasco sauce, water, dry mustard, salt, lemon juice, salad oil, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to make a marinade.

Grill the roast for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until slightly charred, then reduce the heat to low and continue grilling until the internal temperature of the roast reaches 145 degrees F.
4.Once cooked, remove the roast from the grill, transfer it to a serving platter and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
