Ingredients

7 -8 slices cooked bacon , chopped
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion , chopped
2 -3 minced fresh garlic cloves
1 green bell pepper , coarslet chopped
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/3 cup vinegar
1 can tomatoes , chopped
1 can kidney beans , drained and rinsed
1 can lima beans , drained and rinsed
1 can pork and beans
1 -2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper , to tatse

This ground beef and bean bake is a classic comfort food dish that is perfect for a cozy night in. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
3.Add ground beef to the same skillet and cook until browned. Add onions, garlic, and green bell pepper and continue cooking until vegetables are tender.
4.Add molasses, brown sugar, mustard powder, vinegar, tomatoes, kidney beans, lima beans, pork and beans, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
5.Pour beef mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add chopped bacon on top and drizzle with Tabasco sauce.
6.Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
