Instructions

1.In a bowl, whisk the cornstarch, icing sugar, and flour together.
2.Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

4.Roll the dough out to 1 cm thickness and cut with a round cutter or shape it into fingers.
5.Place shortbread onto a baking tray, pierce all over with a fork.
