16 ounces olive salad ( I use Boscoli 's )
1 lb loaf Italian bread
4 ounces genoa salami , thinly sliced
4 ounces cooked ham , thinly sliced
4 ounces mozzarella cheese , sliced
4 ounces provolone cheese , sliced
4 ounces pepperoni , thinly sliced

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 190°C.
2.Drain the olive salad well (reserve the juices in a separate bowl).
3.Cut top off bread and remove center, leaving approximately 1-inch thick shell.
4.Layer meats and cheeses on the bottom half of the bread.
5.Top with drained olive salad.
6.Place top half of bread back on sandwich.
7.Wrap tightly in foil.
8.Heat in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sandwich is hot throughout.
9.Rest for 5 minutes and serve.
