3 medium onions , finely chopped

2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 lime , juice of
1 cup orange juice
1 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
