1 cup semolina
1/2 cup ghee
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 tablespoon fried silvered almonds
1 tablespoon fried sultana

Instructions

1.Heat ghee in a thick-bottomed pan.
2.Add semolina and stir until it turns golden-brown.
3.Add sugar and water and stir until sugar dissolves.
4.Add milk and nutmeg and stir occasionally for 15-20 minutes.
5.Once the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan, turn off heat.
6.Take it out in a serving dish and put fried silvered almonds and fried sultana on top.
7.Let it cool down and serve chilled.
