Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter
2 ounces prosciutto , chopped fine
2 tablespoons fresh sage ( do not use dried ! )
3 roma tomatoes , diced
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper ( or to taste )
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons freshly grated romano cheese

Instructions

1.Cook ravioli according to package instructions.

4.Stir in heavy cream and cook until the sauce has thickened slightly, approximately 2-3 minutes.
5.Drain the cooked ravioli and add it to the sauce. Toss to coat all the ravioli.
6.Sprinkle with freshly grated romano cheese and serve immediately.
