Ingredients

2 1/2 cups semolina
1 cup grated desiccated coconut
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 -5 tablespoons ghee
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

1.In a pan add 3 tablespoons ghee and semolina, roast on low flame until it turns golden brown.
2.Next, add grated coconut and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
3.Add powdered sugar and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4.Now add cardamom powder and mix well. Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
5.Once cooled, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into ladoos.
