Instructions

1.In a saucepan, heat 1 1/2 cups sugar with 1 tablespoon water for 5 minutes or until it becomes syrupy.

3.Let the raspberry mixture cool completely.
4.Line a mixing bowl with plastic wrap.

8.Pour the raspberry mixture into the bowl and level the top.
9.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
10.Place a plate or dish on top of the bowl and weigh it down.
11.Chill the pudding overnight before serving.
12.Serve with whipped cream on top.
