1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
2/3 cup cold-pressed oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup raspberry jam ( any flavor is yummy and I use the whole jar ! )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and oats.
3.Add the oil, maple syrup, and vanilla and stir until well combined.
4.Spread about 2/3 of the mixture in an even layer in a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
5.Spread the raspberry jam over the layer.
6.Crumble the remaining dough mixture over the top evenly.
7.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
8.Let it cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares and serving.
