Ingredients

4 cups red currants or 4 cups black currants
1/3 cup water
6 cups red raspberries or 6 cups black raspberries
3 cups sugar

Instructions

1.Rinse red or black currants in cold water and add them to a large pot with water

4.Return the berry juice to the pot and mix with red or black raspberries and sugar. Mix well on low heat until combined
5.Increase the heat to high and bring the mix to a rolling boil, stirring continuously to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
6.Cook on high heat for approximately 15-20 more minutes, until the mix has thickened.
7.Scoop jam into a cooled sterilized 8-ounce jar and place it in the fridge to cool down.
