Ingredients

6 cups milk
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 1/2 cups white sugar
6 cups water
1 teaspoon ground cardamom

Instructions

4.Gather the cheesecloth and squeeze out the excess water from the curdled milk.

6.In another large pot, add the water and sugar and bring to a boil.
7.Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and add the shaped balls to the syrup.
8.Add the ground cardamom and cook the balls in the syrup on medium-low heat for 20-25 minutes.
9.Take the pot off the heat and let it cool.
10.Serve chilled and enjoy!
