Instructions

1.Add water, powdered milk, margarine, sugar, salt, bread flour, marjoram, basil, thyme, and yeast to bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
2.Select dough/manual cycle for a 2-pound loaf; press start.
3.When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine to a lightly floured surface. Cover; let rest 10 minutes.
4.Shape dough into an 8-inch round or 12 x 4-inch oval loaf.
5.Place on greased large cookie sheet or 12-inch pizza pan sprinkled with cornmeal. Cover; let rise in warm place until double, about 25 minutes.
6.Heat oven to 375°F. Slash with sharp knife in several places. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack; cool.
