Ingredients

1/2 cup apple butter
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup golden syrup
1/2 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup spelt , flakes
1 cup kamut , flakes
1 1/4 cups oatmeal
3/4 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
6 dried figs , chopped
1/4 cup whole flax seed
1/4 cup ground pumpkin seeds ( I used my coffee grinder )
3/4 cup raisins

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine apple butter, almond milk, pineapple juice, golden syrup, molasses, and vanilla. Mix well.
3.In a separate bowl, mix together spelt flakes, kamut flakes, oatmeal, oat flour, baking powder, ground flax seeds, and chopped dried figs. Mix well.
4.Combine both wet and dry ingredients together. Add whole flax seed, ground pumpkin seeds, and raisins. Mix everything together well.
5.Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased 8x8 inch baking dish and flatten it with hands. Use a fork to press and even the surface.
6.Put into the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
7.Remove from the oven and let it cool.
8.Cut into 16 pieces and enjoy.
