1/4 cup ranch dressing

12 -16 asparagus spears

This Rancher's Asparagus Omelette is a delicious and nutritious breakfast dish that is perfect for starting your day off on the right track. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
2.In a small bowl, whisk together the 1 cup of milk, ranch dressing and flour. Set aside.
3.Heat a 10-inch ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Melt the 2 tablespoons butter.
4.Add asparagus spears to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they start to become tender. If the skillet becomes too dry, add a little water.
5.Pour the milk mixture over the asparagus.
6.In another small bowl, whisk together the 4 eggs, 1/4 cup of milk, salt and pepper.
7.Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir gently to combine.
8.Cook the omelette for 3-4 minutes or until the edges start to set.
9.Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
