6 boiled potatoes
4 hard-boiled eggs
250 ml sour cream
100 g sliced speck , bacon or 100 g Hungarian sausage
100 g grated cheese
salt and pepper ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180 C.
2.Peel and slice boiled potatoes, and hard-boiled eggs.
3.In a baking dish, spread a layer of potatoes.
4.Next, add a layer of sliced eggs and finish it off with a layer of sliced speck or bacon.
5.Sprinkle with grated cheese and salt and pepper if necessary.
6.On top of the cheese layer add a generous amount of sour cream.
7.Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
8.The top layer should be sour cream.
9.Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes until the top is nicely browned.
