Ingredients

1/2 kg green chili
4 tablespoons salt
5 -6 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup mustard seeds , coarsely ground
1 1/2 tablespoons mustard oil
1 1/2 tablespoons fennel seeds
1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds

Instructions

1.Slit the green chilies and remove the seeds.
2.Roast the fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds in a pan and keep aside.
3.Heat up mustard oil in a pan and add coarsely grounded mustard seeds.
4.Cook for 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.
5.Add roasted spices to it and mix well.
6.Fill this mix in the seedless chillies.
7.Add lime juice and salt to it. Serve with bread or rice.
