4 boneless skinless chicken breasts , cut in 1-inch squares

16 sheets phyllo pastry
1/2 cup butter , melted
3/4 cup fresh basil leaf , chopped

1 1/2 cups white wine

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

5.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
6.Whisk together the white wine, maple syrup, and basil in a bowl, and serve as a dipping sauce for the delicious Rajah's Chicken-For-Lunch.
