Paczki are traditional Polish doughnuts that are often consumed on Fat Thursday, which is the last Thursday before Ash Wednesday. These doughnuts are typically filled with jam or other sweet fillings and are commonly enjoyed for breakfast or dessert. They are soft, sweet, and fluffy, and are a crowd-pleaser for any occasion. The Paczki is fried, which gives it a beautiful golden brown color while also making the doughnuts light and airy inside.
