4 nori , seaweed sheets
1 red bell pepper ( cut lengthwise into strips )
1 avocado ( cut lengthwise into strips )
1 carrot ( cut lengthwise into strips )
1 yellow bell pepper ( cut lengthwise into strips )

Instructions

1.Divide the cooked sushi rice into 4 equal portions.
2.Mix the powdered beets into one portion of rice, the turmeric powder into another, the spirulina into the third, and the matcha powder into the fourth.
3.Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat, shiny side down.
4.Spoon the rice mixture onto the nori sheet, making a layer about 1/2 inch thick, leaving a 1-inch space at the top.
5.Arrange strips of bell pepper, avocado, and carrot in a line in the center of the rice mound.
6.Starting at the bottom end of the nori, roll up the sushi tightly, using the mat to compress the roll as you go.
7.Moisten the top edge of the nori sheet with water to seal the roll.
8.Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and filling. Once all the rolls are completed, use a sharp, damp knife to slice each roll into equal-sized pieces. Serve with soy sauce and enjoy!
