3 scallions , chopped
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/2 head iceberg lettuce , core removed , quartered
1 head boston lettuce , leaves separated

Instructions

1.Preheat a large skillet over high heat.

5.Add garlic and ginger and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
6.Zest a 1/2 orange and add zest to the skillet.
7.Juice the orange and add 1/3 cup to the skillet.
8.Serve chicken mixture in a bowl and place red bell paper, water chestnuts, scallions and hoisin sauce into separate serving dishes.
9.Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter.
10.To serve, spoon chicken into a lettuce leaf with desired toppings and wrap like a taco.
