Rabri Malpua is a traditional Indian dessert that is popular across the country and enjoyed at special celebrations. This sweet dish consists of malpua, which is a type of pancake made from flour and khoya, that are fried until golden brown, then dipped in sugar syrup and topped with saffron, chopped cashews, and cardamom. The dish is then finished off with a sprinkle of rose water and silver vark. The rich and creamy rabri makes it a unique variation of the regular malpua, adding an additional layer of flavor and goodness to the dish. The combination of the crispy malpua, sweet sugar syrup, and fragrant rabri makes this dessert irresistible.
