Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs rabbit

1 lb small mushroom ( if large , quarter )
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
8 -10 small whole onions , peeled
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon chopped rosemary
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup butter
2 cups garlic-flavored croutons
kosher salt

Instructions
