8 -10 lasagna sheets
25 g butter
25 g plain flour
300 ml milk
150 g Mature cheddar cheese , grated

Instructions

1.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

14.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
15.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
