1 lb well-trimmed boneless beef top round steaks or 1 lb top sirloin steak , cut 3/4 inch thick
8 small flour tortillas

Instructions

4.Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil; place in broiler to heat up.
5.To serve, spoon beef mixture on tortillas. Top with tomato mixture and chopped fresh cilantro.
6.Serve with lime wedges and additional cilantro if desired.
