Ingredients

1 khubz ( Arabian flatbread )
3 -4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 chicken frankfurters
1 small capsicum , sliced
1/2 white onion , sliced
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon black olives
boiled vegetables , used in pizza ( if you want , not necessary )
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pinch oregano
mozzarella cheese ( or the flat cheese used in burgers , this is also nice . I often use it when pizza cheese is not avail )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.Place the khubz flatbread on a baking sheet.

5.Slice the chicken frankfurters and add them on top of the vegetables.
6.Drizzle olive oil over the pizza.
7.Add boiled vegetables if desired.
8.Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
9.Add black olives on top.
10.Cover with desired amount of cheese.
11.Bake for 10-12 minutes.
12.Slice and serve hot.
