3 -4 garlic cloves
1 lime , juice of , fresh
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

1.In a food processor, add both cans of tomatoes with juice, garlic, jalapeno and serrano chilies.
2.Pulse a few times until it reaches the desired consistency.
3.Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the chopped cilantro, minced onion, lime juice, olive oil, salt and sugar.
4.Mix well until everything is well combined.
5.Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
