Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ Gas 4.
2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

4.Add the baked beans, red kidney beans, and sweetcorn into the frying pan and heat everything through.
5.Take a large ovenproof dish and cut the bread into small pieces and lay out the base.
6.Spoon the bean mixture over the bread, spreading it evenly.
7.Sprinkle grated cheese over the top making sure it's evenly spread.
8.Bake the dish for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
9.Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or coriander leaves.
