1 cup pecans or 1 cup walnuts , chopped
1 cup whole wheat flour
5 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
flour or parchment paper , for the pizza peel

Instructions

8.Place the balls of dough on a flour or parchment paper-covered pizza peel and slide them onto the cast-iron skillet or pizza stone. Bake for about 20 minutes.
9.Check if the bread is done by tapping the bottom, it should sound hollow. If not, bake for another 5-10 minutes.
