Instructions

1.Preheat your oven and a baking stone or sheet to 400°F. and place a metal drip pan on the floor of your oven.
2.Place a generously floured pizza peel nearby.
3.With floured hands, remove your dough from its bowl and, using a dough scraper, fold it over a few times on a floured work surface.
4.Form the dough into a long, thin loaf, transfer to pizza peel with enough flour.
5.Slide the dough onto the baking stone, and now quickly pour one cup of hot water into the empty drip pan, and quickly close the oven door.
6.Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crust is browned and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
