Ingredients

1 lb ziti pasta , uncooked
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce ( we prefer the canned Hunt 's Traditional flavor - cheap too ! )
1 package sliced fresh mushrooms ( can use 2 cans stems & pieces if you do n't have fresh )
1 container part-skim ricotta cheese
8 ounces parmesan cheese , grated or shredded
1 package shredded mozzarella cheese
6 slices round provolone cheese
This Quick 4-Cheese Baked Ziti recipe is perfect for when you're short on time or ingredients. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Cook ziti pasta according to package directions, drain.
3.In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked ziti, spaghetti sauce and fresh mushrooms. Stir until evenly coated and mixed.
4.In another mixing bowl, combine the part-skim ricotta cheese and grated parmesan cheese.
5.Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.
6.Layer half of the ziti mixture in the bottom of the pan. Cover with the ricotta/parmesan cheese mixture and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
7.Add the remaining ziti mixture and top with sliced round provolone cheese.
8.Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until edges are bubbly and cheese is browned to your liking.
