5 flour tortillas , 10 inch diameter

1 cup enchilada sauce , any brand

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with oil.

6.Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a final layer of cheese and enchilada sauce on top.
7.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through.
