PROS

This soup is a complete meal on its own, filling and satisfying.
It is easy to prepare and can be made ahead of time for busy weeknights.
The use of canned vegetables makes it a convenient choice for those short on time.

CONS

This soup is quite high in sodium due to the use of canned vegetables and bouillon cubes.
It is not suitable for those on a low-carb or low-fat diet.
The use of ground beef instead of stew beef will result in a less tender meat.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

This soup is a great way to get multiple servings of vegetables in one meal. The tomatoes and green beans provide vitamin C and fiber. The beef provides protein, iron, and zinc. The soup is also low in calories and fat if made with stew beef instead of ground beef.
