Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, and bread yeast.
2.Add in the milk, egg, and softened butter, and knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
3.Cover the dough and set it aside for an hour to rise.
4.In another bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix, cottage cheese, egg, and sugar, and mix until well combined.
5.After the dough has risen, roll it out into a large rectangle, spread the cheese filling over the top of the dough, and roll it up tightly.
6.Cut the rolled dough into small slices, and place them onto a baking sheet.
7.Bake the Quarkschnecken in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
