2 cups milk
1/2 cup buttermilk

Instructions

1.In a pot, heat the milk over medium heat until it reaches 86°F (30°C).
2.Add the buttermilk and stir well.
3.Cover the pot and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
4.Line a strainer with a cheesecloth and place it over a bowl.
5.Pour the milk mixture into the strainer and let it sit for 2-3 hours until most of the liquid has strained out.
6.Gather the ends of the cheesecloth and twist to form a ball of quark.
