1 tablespoon dry mustard ( optional )

4 eggs
pickled beet
grated horseradish

Instructions

1.Peel and wash the potatoes before dicing them to small cube-like shapes.
2.Heat up a good portion of your butter in a frying pan.

4.Add your diced potatoes, salt, pepper, and dry mustard to the frying pan and cook until tender and brown, stirring occasionally.
