Instructions

1.In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

5.In a large heavy-bottomed pot, fill with 2 inches of oil. Heat over medium heat until the oil reaches 375°F.

7.Using a slotted spoon, remove Zeppole from the oil and place them on a wire rack to drain off any excess oil, then let the food cool.
