3 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice , divided
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, dry milk powder, yeast, and 1/2 cup sugar.
2.In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup butter, salt, and very hot water.

4.Add an additional 2-3 cups of flour, one cup at a time, until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
5.Shape the dough into balls and coat them with 1/2 cup melted butter.
6.Mix the pumpkin puree, 1 cup sugar, and 3 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice to use as a dipping sauce.
7.Layer the balls of dough in a bundt pan, sprinkling chopped walnuts and 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice between each layer.
8.Pour the pumpkin sauce over the top of the dough balls.
9.Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until cooked through.
10.Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
