Instructions

5.Pour the mixture over the caramelized sugar in the baking dish.
6.Create a water bath by pouring hot water into a larger baking dish or pan. Place the pumpkin pie flan dish in the water bath.
7.Carefully transfer to the oven and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
8.Once done, take it out of the oven and let cool.
9.Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. When ready to serve, run a knife around the edges and invert onto a platter.
