1 cup carrot , finely grated
1/2 cup unsalted butter , room temperature
2 cups icing sugar , sifted
1 -2 cup icing sugar , sifted
1/4 cup 2 % low-fat milk
1 tablespoon 2 % low-fat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions
